A single room was lovely and outstanding with good beds. Central heating, flat-screen TV, and a writing desk were appreciated. The location was fantastic, near shopping centers and the motorway as well as sport arena amd restaurant and big store.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with prompt and efficient assistance for everything from dry cleaning to housekeeping. The hotel also had excellent shops and commercial services nearby, making it convenient for any needs I had during my stay. The room itself was fantastic, with all the amenities I could ask for including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I particularly enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful garden view. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even offered a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, new hotel that we stayed at. The location was convenient, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. The highlight of our stay was the spa area, which was a much-needed oasis of relaxation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor flaws in the room design, we would definitely recommend Arenahotellet I Uppsala for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
